Vastu shastra for Factory

It is difficult to start an industrial factory, but it more difficult to run it successfully. Because of this person who is successful in industry is respectable and admirable. 
Designing factory as per vastushastra is challengeable for vastushastra itself. Because every Machine in the factory have crucial place of Tatvas (factors) among Panchmahabhute i.e. Compressor has Element of earth (Pruthvi Tatva), Air flow (Vayu Tatva) and Electric Meter (Agni Tatva). These three elements (Tatvas) are important. At that point which element should be given priority and where to place the machine depends upon innovation and intelligence of Vastu Expert. That makes it challenging.
  1. While choosing a plot for factory one should choose square or rectangle plot. Do not choose plot which is abnormal size.
  2. If possible slope of the plot should be from North to East direction and South to West portion should be high.
  3. Entrance door, free space or parking for two wheelers, Lawn, Garden and Mandir if needed should be planned at East to North part.
  4. Most heighted and big building should be located at south west direction and small buildings should be at North East direction.
  5. Center (Brahmasthan) of Plot or Building should be empty. There should not be any kind of hole or water.
  6. The place where heat is created i.e. Electric Transformers, Boilers, Generator, Electric Sub Station or Chemical Process Oven should be at South East direction.
  7. Safety staff or staff quarters should be at South East.
  8. It is better to arrange Canteen, Welding, Boiling, Research and Development Laboratory, Computer Server Room, Control Panel at South East direction.
  9. Heavy material, Toilet, Administrative Office, raw material should be at West.
  10.  Packaging, Promotion Material, Dispatch department, Marketing department, Gate from which goods goes out, Parking slot for the vehicles who takes goods out and in should be at North West.
If the factory is not designed as per vastushastra or due to some technical reasons Vastushastra rules are not followed. Than doing remedies without demolition can prevent Vastudoshas. For this fixing powerful Yantras can give success.
