Vastu shastra for Shopping Malls and Multiplexes

  1. You can decide direction for compound gate as per the direction of road entering to the plot.
  2. If mall is specializing for business e.g. Garment shops, Luxurious items, then direction of the entrance door should be decided as per business.
  3. East, North and North East direction of the mall should be empty. If possible fountains at that direction are suggested.
  4. Normally any vast should not have basement. But basement is essential for shopping mall or Parking. So parking with underground water tank should be at North East direction. So it can reduce effect of Vastudoshas from all directions.
  5. Expensive products, jewelry, ladies garments, cosmetics shops should be at south direction. Theaters should be at south to south west direction. Slope of Theatre or screen design should be at north to east direction.
  6. Toilets, Fresh rooms, Laundry, Cyber Café, PCO, Perfumes, Transport, Telephone, Mobile, Sound-Video, Audio system, Food malls or grocery should be at North West direction.
  7. Administrators Office should be on the top floor of the mall at south west direction. Departments like Purchase, Marketing and Research, Law should be at South West. Marketing Department should be at North West direction. Account, Finance and Administration should be at North to East direction.
